    I ordered through Deliveroo and when the food arrived the chicken smelt very bad that I have had to throw the food away.I have been calling constantly and they are not picking the phone up and when I am ringing now the phone has been switched off.Such poor service and now I can’t get rid of the sense of smell as it was disgusting.If anyone that has eaten chicken cottage today I hope you don’t get food poisoning.

    I’ve been there times this week always had the boneless box with extra strips and extra fillet burger , and every time something missing and for the last days me extra fillet burger missing, you go to counter they say all done , take there word for it , as there is so many poxy staples in the bag you trust everything there ,Well the young lad that on tonight the Sunday th August is no good I’m afraid chicken cottage as every time he there my order plus plenty of my friends who always use you orders are wrong or missing, go back to your original staff or loose loads of business as this has now become a massive talk amongst Norbury that your going down hill with this new staff that in today orders are always wrong or not complete , I will continue to eat there as your food is top notch and amazing and flavour great but your loosing lots of people I know through thisMany thanks

    Food is awful I had stomach main for over week eating there food no standards chicken cottage really needs to pre vet who they onboard as there franchisee Partner as the owner here is really terrible no respect or interpersonal skills when speaking to customers very despicable, unfriendly person, if you have issue with the food he will just ignore you and don't value customer satisfaction really spiteful person charges extra just for sauce and sides which are not even worth the penny in the beginning by far the worse branch of chicken cottage solely down to the owner who ruins the aura and food standards yet again to the owner as he don't uphold to standards or value feedback which goes on deaf ears please chicken cottage sort your branch with someone more qualified than an under skilled, incompetent individual who has no sympathy for customers other than charge excessively for a under cooked food its urgent appeal to the public for health & safety best sure if you want to eat here

    All three burgers was raw and chewy, when cut through the middle there was a massive blob (see picture) of something in the middle. Either undercooked or very old chicken. The chips were soggy along with the middle of them still being frozen cold. The bbq and peri peri wings were cold and could tell they were not fresh. The least worst thing they did was to get the drinks wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you’ll end up with a stomach ache from the raw food they send. Luckily got a refund from Ubereats.
